Privacy Policy 

AgentText Pro (“we”, “us”) provides an AI-powered SMS assistant for real estate agents. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information.

Information we collect
- Account information: name, email address, phone number.
- Messaging data: SMS messages sent to and from your AgentText Pro number and related conversation metadata (timestamps, phone numbers).
- Usage data: basic logs needed to operate and secure the service.
- Payment information: payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.

How we use information
- To provide the service (send/receive SMS, generate AI responses, email summaries).
- To maintain security, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot issues.
- To communicate with you about your account, billing, and support.

Data retention
We retain data as long as needed to provide the service and comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion of your account and associated data, subject to required retention for billing and legal compliance.

Your responsibilities
You are responsible for obtaining any required consents from your leads/contacts and using the service in a compliant manner (including TCPA and carrier requirements).

Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect data, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Terms of Service 

By using AgentText Pro (“Service”), you agree to these Terms.

1) The Service
AgentText Pro provides an AI-powered SMS assistant that responds to inbound text messages, asks qualifying questions, stores conversation data, and may email summaries.

2) Accounts and billing
- Subscription fees are billed through Stripe.
- You may cancel anytime. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated by Stripe.
- Prices may change with notice.

3) Acceptable use and compliance
You agree not to use the Service for spam, cold texting without consent, or illegal activity.
You are responsible for compliance with all laws and regulations (including TCPA), carrier requirements, and any consent/opt-in obligations for your contacts.

4) Opt-out
You must honor opt-out requests. The Service supports STOP opt-out messaging where available.

5) Data and content
You retain rights to your content. You grant us permission to process messages and related data to operate the Service, including via our vendors (Twilio, OpenAI, Airtable, Make.com).

6) No guarantees
The Service is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee lead conversion, response delivery, or uninterrupted operation. Message delivery may be impacted by carriers, A2P/10DLC, and other third parties.

7) Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AgentText Pro is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the Service in the 30 days before the claim.

8) Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or abuse of the Service.

9) Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.

Refund Policy 

If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 7 days of your first subscription charge.

Refund eligibility
- Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the first paid charge.
- After the first 7 days, we do not offer refunds for partial months or unused time.
- If you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period unless Stripe indicates otherwise.
